Terms & Conditions

• Please ensure that your animals are up to date with vaccinations .Cats - Feline Enteritis and Feline Calicivirus (cat flu). Dogs - Leptospirosis, DHP & Kennel Cough.  Vaccination cards must be shown.
   

• It is advisable for all animals to be treated for fleas and worms prior to admission.
   

• Vet insurance is included in our costs for your animals whilst in our care.  However, this does not include any prior or existing conditions.
   

• We are happy to give medication for an existing condition, but we do reserve the right to take your animal to a veterinary practice should the need arise.  Costs for treatments outside the scope of our insurance will be at the client's expense.

 

• If the dietary requirement differs from our normal provision, owners may be requested to provide specialist food

• All cats must be brought in a suitable basket or carrier and dogs on a lead.

• An emergency contact number will be required.

​

• No pet suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from, an infectious or contagious disease can be accepted. You will appreciate that this is essential in order to safeguard the health of all animals boarding.​

• We take 20% deposit of the total boarding price to confirm your booking, this is non-refundable.

​

• Due to limited availability we require 14 days notice to cancel or reschedule your booking, if a cancellation is made within that time frame payment is non-refundable to cover the reserved space.​​

​

• We reserve the right to request full paymet at the time of booking if you have previously had two or more late payments on your account.

​

• Payment by cash or bank transfer.

​

• We are closed to client appointments on bank holidays.
